Sophie first tried scuba diving through the Combined Cadet Force. In 2017, she completed her Open Water and Advanced Open Water PADI course in Santorini. She returned to the island in 2022 and completed her Rescue Diver course with Caldera Diving. She has also completed dives in Hawaii and Egypt.

Sophie is happiest when she is on or under the water. As well as diving, she loves sailing. She has previously volunteered as a sailing assistant instructor, having completed the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Level 1-4 and RYA assistant instructor course. Her nautical experience also includes completion of the Power Boat Level 2 and RYA Competent Crew course. She is returning to Santorini to work towards her PADI Divemaster over the summer and is extremely excited to join the team!

She loves to always meet new people and her friendly and positive attitude is guaranteed to draw a smile.

This year she is joining Caldera diving team in order to finish her Padi Dive Master course and earn more experience as a professional diver.
